How to compile cobra?

I have installed fedora 7 and the 3.0 cellsdk in it.

I couldn't find gcc 4.1.1 for fedora 7 so I installed gcc 4.1.2

Is this what I need to compile cobra source?

If so how, Where do I put cobra source and what commands do I give to compile it?

Any help would be appreciated.
