4.76 Habib Cobra - which manager to use?

Hi, kinda new with the backup managers, I've heard there's IrisMan, MultiMan, and WebMan. I've used 3K3Y ODE in the past, so I do have decrypted ISOs ripped with a 3K3Y Ripper.

Questions would be:
1. Any differences pros/cons with the backup managers I stated above?
2. What software can I use to rebuild those 3K3Y ISOs into whatever format the said managers take? Also, can the ISOs be built with IRDs too?
3. If I load PSNPatch after I mount a game with a manager, do I have to turn off the PS3 and then load a game again? Or do the managers work even when the CFW is disabled by PSNPatch?
